When Mike and Gaby Grinberg's daughter, Lana Rose, was born at
just 24 weeks gestation, their lives were turned upside down. What
was, at first, an extremely difficult time in their lives, turned
into the inspiration behind starting their own business. They
created Proofpoint Marketing with a family-first culture as the
priority. Mike and Gaby wanted to prioritize their own family life
and that of their employees. With a "culture book" and even

business and a life that allows them to spend time with their
